Shipping Policy
Happy Posh Paws ships to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays), and you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days and is FREE on orders over $49 ($4.99 otherwise). Expedited delivery (2–3 business days) is available for $9.99. Some orders may arrive in more than one package. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, contact us at support@happyposhpaws.com and we'll help.
Returns & Refund Policy
We want you and your pet to love your order. With our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened food, treats, grooming products and used toys can't be returned. To start a return, email support@happyposhpaws.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days; original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
